Stage a Debate

Set the stage ...

Choose a topic, a debate language, a number of rounds (i.e. times that the participants get to speak) and a model for our hidden moderator cum juror. That's the impartial entity that behind the scenes steers the debate, i.e. decides who gets to speak next and, when all is told, passes a final judgement.
